Core Concepts

A pre-pilates program designed to provide a deep understanding of the basic fundamentals of Pilates.  This class focuses on improving breathing technique, creating core muscle awareness and developing proper posture and alignment. Core Concepts is recommended for all students who are looking to create a solid foundation of Pilates technique such as the novice client, individuals with back pain, post natal clients, athletes, dancers or intermediate and advanced students looking to gain a stronger knowledge of core biomechanics. Classes are 1 hour and 30 minutes.
